Section 58
Disposition versions
58. A lawyer who refuses a request referred to in section 60.5 or 60.6 of the Professional Code (chapter C-26) must provide reasons for the refusal, within 30 days following the request, notify the client thereof in writing and inform him of the recourses available at law.
